This policy explains, in plain language, what happens to your information when you use this website or contact us.
We act as the Data Controller for personal data collected through this site, meaning we decide why and how such data is processed.
What we collect when you contact us
When you submit the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number, subject and message you provide. We use this solely to respond to your inquiry, understand which categories of service are most requested, and, where relevant, to follow up about a listing you mentioned. We do not sell this information to third parties.
Any information you submit is a form of Personal Data, which we handle according to the principles of lawfulness, purpose limitation, data minimization, accuracy, storage limitation, integrity, confidentiality and accountability set out in Article 5 of the GDPR.
What we collect automatically
Like most websites, our server and any analytics tools we use may automatically log technical information: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, and approximate timestamps. Why we curate a directory rather than employ providers

The processing that takes place

Our processing activities are limited to what is described in this policy and are based on your consent, our legitimate interest in operating an informational directory, or, where applicable, a legal obligation.
Where we rely on Legitimate Interest as our legal basis, for example to understand which service categories are searched most often, we balance this interest against your right to privacy and do not use it to justify intrusive tracking.
How long we keep information
Contact form submissions are generally retained for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, typically not exceeding twenty-four months, unless a longer period is required by law or an ongoing matter requires it.
Your rights
