These terms govern access to and use of the website operated by Xepoka Vazajo at xepoka-vazajo.info. By browsing this site or submitting the contact form, you agree to the clauses below.

1. Description of the service

Xepoka Vazajo maintains an informational, curated Directory of local service providers, including electricians, plumbers, locksmiths, cleaning services, furniture assemblers and handymen, operating in Bucharest and surrounding Ilfov County localities. The site provides listing information such as reported language ability, invoicing capability, service radius and prior client feedback.

2. Nature of listed providers

Each Service Provider listed is an independent business or self-employed individual. No Service Provider is an employee, partner, franchisee or agent of Xepoka Vazajo, and no employment, agency or partnership relationship is created by inclusion in the Directory.

3. No employment or agency relationship

Xepoka Vazajo does not supervise, direct, insure, or pay Service Providers, and does not receive commission calculated on the price of any job performed. Any agreement regarding scope, price, timing or quality of work is formed exclusively between the Service Provider and the person requesting the service.

4. No guarantee of work quality or outcome

Xepoka Vazajo reviews certain listing information before publication but does not inspect completed work, does not warrant the skill, licensing, insurance status or conduct of any Service Provider, and does not guarantee that any job will be completed satisfactorily, on time, or at all. Use of the Directory to contact a Service Provider is at the sole discretion and risk of the User.

5. Vetting process and limitations

Vetting conducted by Xepoka Vazajo consists of a language screening conversation, a check of stated invoicing capability, and collection of feedback from Users who previously engaged a listed Service Provider. Vetting is informational in nature and does not constitute a certification, license, or professional endorsement of any kind.

6. User responsibilities

Users are responsible for independently verifying any information relevant to a decision to engage a Service Provider, including but not limited to pricing, licensing, insurance, and the scope of work agreed. Users are responsible for providing accurate contact information when submitting inquiries through this site.

7. Reviews and user content

Feedback submitted about a Service Provider constitutes User Content and must reflect the User's genuine experience. Xepoka Vazajo may edit User Content for clarity, may decline to publish content that appears fabricated or abusive, and may remove content at its discretion.

8. Intellectual property

The design, text, graphics and structure of this website are the property of Xepoka Vazajo or its licensors and may not be reproduced without prior written permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by Romanian law, Xepoka Vazajo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from reliance on Directory information or from any interaction, agreement or dispute between a User and a Service Provider.

10. Changes to these terms

Xepoka Vazajo may revise these terms periodically. Continued use of the site following any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Romania, including relevant provisions of the Civil Code and Law no. 365/2002 on electronic commerce, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have.
